Procedure for Weekly Waste, Monthly SPCC, and Quarterly SWPPP Inspections - Select the appropriate form <link> for the desired inspection:
- Blank - Weekly Waste Inspection Form
Blank - Monthly SPCC Oil Control Inspection Form Blank - Quarterly SWPPP Inspection Form
- Record the following info prior to completing the inspection
- The week # (click on the calendar below for the week #)
- Name of the person conducting the inspection
- The date of the inspection
- Once the inspection is complete, save the file using the following file name scheme
- "week" #_"quarterly/monthly/weekly"_ date
- examples of file naming scheme:
- week 13_ weekly_ 3.27.17
- week 6_ monthly_ 2.7.17
- week 3_ quarterly_ 1.18.17
- Upload the file and move form to the corresponding monthly folder
