Annual Close out Instructions
1) Confirm the following: 
  • Documents have Destination Facility Signature and Date
  • Documents are legible
  • Intransit time is less than 10 days (Hazardous Waste Only)
2) Add initials to comment block for each shipment confirming closeout.
3) Print EMS Page and upload copy to this page under the appropriate year with the manifests as final end of year summary.  
4) Create a new Manifests & Bill of Ladings folder for the upcoming year.
